Subject:opposed to the the BPID to assess downtown business owners
This is a flawed attempt, which clearly is an attempt by city and county government to shift work (and costs) from their
own responsibilities to the public. Downtown does need cleaning up and policing and have you noticed the weeds
growing along almost every city roadway? It’s the city’s responsibility to maintain and improve the look of our city
landscape and it's derelict in it’s duty so far.
