1. Copies of all Certificates of Occupancy/Completion. If there are none available, confirmation absence does not give rise to a violation.
2. Copies of all open building, zoning, fire, and other code violations associated with the site. If there are no such records, confirmation from
a staff member confirming there are no violations associated with the site.
3. Copies of all planning/zoning related permits including but not limited to site plan approvals, rezones, special use permits, PUDs,
conditional use permits, variances, board of adjustment approvals, design review approvals, or any other similar land use/zoning/planning
related permit approval.
4. Copy of the most recently approved site plan and parking plan for the site.
5. Copies of any pending right-of-way dedications involving the property.
