Greetings Chair Roberts and ATC Committee members!
I see a 20 minute agenda item for the ATC role listed for the next meeting. It’s unclear to me if just the “Broad and Tank
Farm” project is the focus, or if the broader role of the ATC will be addressed. Sooooooo: once again I urge you to ask for
a thorough explanation, or perhaps newly updated ATC definition with the same care and consideration that was given
recently by city staff and the Tree Committee to the Tree Committee’s role in city direction. I feel the process clarified
things very well for the Committee, staff, and the public. It took way more than 20 minutes, so I’m thinking the current
agenda item will be something more specific.
Good luck all, and thanks for representing our city in important active transportation issues!
