Dear Sir or Madam, I object to the way the City of SLO, is attempting to waive a very important EIR on the Tank Farm and Broad, Nick Thompkins project. Not only will it have a sizable impact on traffic patterns at the intersection ot Tank Farm and Broad, but it will add to air pollution, traffic snarls, noise pollution. It is absolutely irresponsible to waive having the impacts studied, but also you have been disingenuous in your failing to properly notify us of various meetings on this project, in your attempts to green light without proper community input. Sincerely, Karen J. Krahl, D.C. d Preserve the SLO Life 1
