Legal Description
A portion of Remainder Lot of Tract 2943, Phase 1, in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Ob�isp,o, State of California, according to map filed in Book 33 ,
Pages S2- through .'14 • inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said county, described as follows;
A strip of land, 67.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at a 13/4 inch iron pipe with tag "LS3982" set at the northeast corner of
Parcel "A" of Parcel Map CO 78-281- according to map filed June 18, 1979 in Book 28,
Page 28 of Parcel Maps, records of said County; thence
1) South 891) 51'33" West along the southerly right-of-way line of Suburban Road
as shown on said Tract 2943, Phase 1, a distance of 385.05 feet to the northeast corner
of said Tract 2943, Phase 1; thence
2) South 8911 51'33" West along the southerly right-of-way line of Suburban Road
as shown on said Tract 2943, Phase 1, a distance of 33.50 feet to the centerline of
Earthwood Lane as shown on said Tract 2943, Phase 1; thence
