CALL TO ORDER Chair Jonathan Roberts ROLL CALL : Committee Members Thomas Arndt, Lea Brooks (vice chair), Jenna Espinosa, Timothy Jouet, Ken Kienow, Briana Martenies, Jonathan Roberts (chair) PUBLIC COMMENT: At this time, people may address the Committee about items not on the agenda. Persons wishing to speak should come forward and state their name and address. Comments are limited to three minutes per person. Items raised at this time are generally referred to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary, may be scheduled for a future meeting. DISCUSSION ITEM 1. ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PLAN BICYCLE NETWORK (FUKUSHIMA –100 MINUTES) This item continues the update of the bicycle network for the Active Transportation Plan. This meeting will continue review of the southern area (see Bike Network Areas Map in Attachment 1). Committee members should also review pages A-93 through A-118 of the adopted Bicycle Transportation Plan. If time permits, the committee will also begin review of the central area with pages A-2 through A-18. For reference, the Bicycle Transportation Plan can be found at: https://tinyurl.com/yxu8l7e9.
