The members in attendance gave input about which trees they would like to see stay and which trees were too close to the buildings and sidewalks causing damage to either hardscape, landscape irrigation or home water services. There was a round table discussion about replacement tree plantings, timing of work and the impact on the water usage for the complex. The board then instructed Jim Burrows of JBLA Landscape Architects to procure the necessary permits from the City of San Luis Obispo to begin the tree removal process.
