Great! And thanks for recognizing the need for our climate and the beauty of our town. As I have just installed solar panels on the roof of my home, I am asking that your staff be directed to select tree types that will not grown taller than the roof line of a single story home, if they are planted in residential areas (including parks as they often share boundaries with homes). If in commercial areas, I still think it is important to limit the size of trees as solar panels could and should be put on them as well. Also, we want trees kept small so they don’t interfere with our power lines!
