Subject:Please support a new SLO Rep theatre
I am writing as a resident of the city of San Luis Obispo (10 years) and of the County (18 years). I am also a patron, show
sponsor, actor and Director who has donated thousands of dollars, thousands of hours, and immeasurable energy into
supporting this gem of a theatre. Over the years SLO Little Theatre has become SLO Repertory Theatre, attracting
audience and performers from all over California and beyond. This is a cultural asset that has provided opportunities to
people of all ages, starting with the children’s educational programs all the way up to those of us who consider ourselves
mature rather than old! But the space is now too confining for types of programs and performances that Kevin Harris
and the Board hope to bring to residents and visitors to this wonderful town.
I am asking you to support the building of the new theatre. It will benefit us all.
