Hi Kyle,
I am a property owner near the project site for the 1236 Archer project. My office building properties are located in the
same block at 364,355,369 Pacific Street.
As I discussed with you on the phone, I feel there should be no approval of parking reductions on this project. When I
built the buildings on Pacific I met all parking requirements and my tenants still have to use overflow street parking. In
addition, there are more businesses near the project on Archer, specifically, a fitness business, and Tesla (solar) business
that all use overflow street parking.
This project is in a location where parking is in high demand and should not be allowed to have less than the parking
required for the project. I understand it may only be two spaces, but when there is no extra parking available, every space
makes a difference.
Thank you for relaying my concerns to the Architectural Commission.
