Subject:SLO REPORTORY and planning meeting, we'd. Oct 23.
My wife and I have a combined volunteer time of 80 hours .We have assisted with the concession stand , wine bar and
ticket handling. Our observations are clear that we have sold out patrons, who are serviced in a small area. Additionally,
actors must use storage space for waiting areas before going on the stage. Actors must run through the visitor lounge to
access the stage as the shows continue. We are all making due with what we have.
With the new theatre, the quality and the efficiency of the plays will be greatly enhanced. We will be able to handle
larger attendance for the community.
As volunteers, we are all proud of what we do. We do the best we can with the space and limited resources. As we move
to a larger building, I can only think that the community will be better served. We will continue to put all we have into
our volunteer efforts. We will continue to serve as needed for the good of the community and the good of our SLO
Reportory.
REGARDS,
James and D'ANNE D'Albro
