As the city needs additional parking facilities and SLO Rep has outgrown its existing theatre property, completion of this project should be a win-win for the city, local residents, SLO Rep, and theatre goers. We are Nipomo residents and make seven or eight trips a year to SLO to have dinner, see a SLO Rep production, and perhaps doing some shopping. An expanded theater facility would undoubtedly attract more residents from other local 1 communities to make similar trips. In addition to the economic benefits, a new theater would bolster the city's position as being the cultural center of the county. We would appreciate your vote to approve this project. Thank you, Susan and Craig Armstrong Nipomo, CA 2
