Good afternoon Mr. Fram,
Per our phone discussion last week, I checked our database for any hate crimes that occurred within the city
limits of San Luis Obispo, from 9/1/14 through 9/30/19. We had twenty hate crime reports during this
period. As we also discussed, I’ve provided a Summary Sheet for each incident which contains all information
that must be released to the public per the Public Records Act, Government Code Section 6254(f). In a few
cases, there was a press release issued which contains additional information and I have included those as
well.
