Book 78, Pages 37 through 40, inclusive, of Parcel Maps in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Parcel 1; thence along the westerly line thereof
N 04042'00" E 8.61 feet to an angle point in said line; thence N 85018'00" W 2.20 feet to
an angle point in said line; thence N 04°42'00" E 48.49 feet to an angle point in said line;
