Subject: Notice to Proceed - Water Resource Recovery Facility Project (No. 91219)
Dear Mr. McKinney,
PCL Construction, Inc. (PCL) is hereby given Notice to Proceed effective September 16, 2019. PCL
is authorized to mobilize to the Project Site and commence Work on this date, subject to the
completion of all items of Work required prior to the start of field Work. The Contract Time will
commence on September 16, 2019, and “Day 1” of the Contract Time will correspond with the
Notice to Proceed date. PCL must achieve the following Milestones in accordance with Article
5.2 of the Agreement:
Milestone Calendar Days Date
Milestone 1 150 February 12, 2020
Milestone 2 750 October 4, 2021
Substantial Completion 1,230 January 27, 2023
Final Completion 1,290 March 28, 2023
