the full range of local government plans (from EIR sections to hazard mitigation
plans; from General Plans to Local Coastal Programs). I was responsible for managing
grant applications to successfully bring more than $3.5 million to the Central Coast
for bicycle infrastructure and climate change studies, including approximately $3
million awarded to the City of San Luis Obispo for the Taft to Pepper Safety Trail
improvements. Additional duties included strategic planning, budgeting , marketing,
and business development. I developed and implemented outreach strategies for
sustainability projects, including pop-up and traditional workshops, online surveys,
stakeholder interviews, and public hearings.
