Per our Avila Ranch Settlement Agreement with the City of San Luis Obispo the following is our annual
accounting for the funds we received to be used for Noise Reduction and all related costs.
Los Verdes Park II received $110,000.00 of the "Los Verdes Noise Accounts" monies on February 21, 2018.
Per the Avila Ranch Settlement Agreement we opened up a separate Bank Account and deposited the settlement
amount.
Starting Account Balance: $110,000.00
Interest Earned March through December 2018: $143.53
Total Balance as of December 31, 2018: -$1 10.143 53
