Hello,
I would like to request that the proposed schedule changes to the French park Pickleball courts be delayed until after
our community has returned to normal. In typical day-to day-the weekday 8-noon Pickleball club private use would not
affect me or my family much. Now that my kids are home from school we, and others have been using the Pickleball
courts in the morning and would like to continue to do so.
I would also like to propose that instead of every weekday morning be dominated by the private Pickleball club, there be
at least a couple of days that drop in could happen during those times. I do not feel that as a tax payer and home
owner on around the corner from the park, that a privately dominated schedule be fair for a public park. We
have already been given attitude from the Pickleball players, and have been told that my kids are not to play on the
courts... even when no-one was using them.
I think the Pickleball courts are great, but lets not turn a public space, into a private club dominated environment.
