SUBJECT: Request for Public Records (PRR 18132); Conditional Use Permit for
wireless telecommunications site at 190 Santa Rosa Street
Dear Ms. Ramond,
No record of an active Conditional Use Permit was found for the wireless
telecommunications site located at 190 Santa Rosa Street.
Note that this facility is located on City -owned property (Santa Rosa Park). Installation
of the facility appears to have been included as part of a larger park improvement
project, with the participation of Cingular Wireless, in about the year 2002.
As indicated in the information provided with this request, regarding withdrawal of a use
permit application (U 13-06) at this site, no use permits have been required for
collocation of equipment on this facility, subsequent to its installation.
