Note that this facility is located on City -owned property (Santa Rosa Park). Installation of the facility appears to have been included as part of a larger park improvement project, with the participation of Cingular Wireless, in about the year 2002. As indicated in the information provided with this request, regarding withdrawal of a use permit application (U 13-06) at this site, no use permits have been required for collocation of equipment on this facility, subsequent to its installation.
