The Federal Oil Spill Fee will not be charged at this time, however a reauthorization (that would be retroactive and possibly for a different amount) is being debated in the Senate. I am giving you a rate without said fee as our invoices should not have that fee currently, but if it is reauthorized my rates would be adjusted as appropriate (previous rate for UNL is .001929, not applicable for Renewable Diesel). If you have any questions, please let me know.
