Greetings ARC,
A comment and request for June 1, 2020 meeting regarding 1144 Chorro:
Thank you to the developer/designers for addressing the concerns of the CHC, the ARC and City Council and
adapting the design accordingly. I ask that the ARC question the need for two floors of commercial office space and,
thereby, the need to exceed the 50’ height limit. In these changing economic times, I question the financial feasibility
and the need to include office space in this design.
