Dear Members of the Cultural Heritage Committee,
I am a native San Luis Obispo resident and my family has been on the central coast dating back to my great – great
grandfather. I have seen many of the changes to our community and to our downtown as they have occurred over time,
and have admired how our little downtown has evolved into the dynamic and vital place and center of our community it
is today.
I would like to express my support for the project planned for the corner of Marsh and Chorro at 1144 Chorro. This
project will be a fine addition to our already great downtown and brings many benefits including affordable housing, and
new space for offices and shops. In these current economic times, it is nice to see that there is still investment in our
downtown.
Please support the project at 1144 Chorro.
