Other points to mention is that the status design of the upstair residential setback buildings are abysimal - not related to any buildings, and thinking of the four-story brick Granada Hotel just not in this city's intents. Look again at the shingle building straight up above the theater and famous patio. Just too much. A viewshed to the mountains should be provided on Marsh Street, by a reduced public space near the Chorro Street. This is the center almost of the Dowtown Historical District, so bring the many more points emphasized by Dr. Cooper. The CDG policies were diviscated by the ARC, and you might want to bring them forward again. This is not about if the columns are cute enough. At least totally.
