Dear members of the cultural heritage commission,
There are not many parcels left in this town for us to minimize our footprint. If we can't build a larger building in this
location... where?
I'm in full support of the concept of building up and not out. We should preserve our greenbelt at all cost.
Vertical buildings inherently increase the chance of affordability, spreading land development cost over more units per
land area.
It's exciting to see San Luis Obispo building for the next hundred years.
I am in support of this project.
