HomeMy WebLinkAboutPRR20185 Gurnee - Costs Public Records Act Request T. Keith Gurnee August 5, 2020 Please provide me with the following information pursuant to the Public Records Act: 1. The most recent report of the city’s finance director showing the dollar amount of the city of San Luis Obispo’s most current unfunded pension liability updated beyond the last known CALPers reporting period. 2. The most recent report of, or received by, the city’s finance director showing the percent of interest PERS charges the city for its unfunded pension liability and the total dollar amount the city has paid or will be paying in 2020. 3. The most recent report of the city’s finance director and/or of the city manager showing the dollar amounts the city has contributed to the Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Association in fiscal years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020. 4. The most recent report of the city’s finance director and/or of the city manager and/or police chief showing the dollar amount of expenses incurred by the city to police and monitor the protests that have occurred in the city between the May 25, 2020 murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis up to August 5, 2020 and the number of hours and dollars spent on police overtime during that same timeframe. 5. The most recent report of the city’s finance director and/or of the city manager showing the names, positions, and salaries of the ten (10) highest compensated public employees presently working for the city. 6. The most recent report of the city’s finance director and/or of the city manager showing dollar amount of city funds spent on polling and political consultants during 2017 through August 1, 2020 related to San Luis Obispo City voters’ goals and sentiments related to city sales taxes prior to the Council’s placement of Measure G-20 on the November 3,2020 ballot. 7. A copy of any and all reports, work products, and polling results that were produced by those polling and political consultants referred to in request number 6, above, as well as a copy of the staff report and its attachments that led the City Council to place Measure G-20 on the ballot. (These documents should be provided on a CD or memory stick, whichever is less expensive, rather than printed out). I am aware that the city has 10 working days to respond to this request and I look forward to receiving the information I have requested withing that timeframe.
