HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 2 - ARCH-0095-2020 (3065 Lucca Lane) - CONTINUED ITEMPLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA REPORT SUBJECT: Review of a new inclusionary housing development consisting of five, two-story structures containing a total of 38 low-income affordable units, community room, and leasing office, on a site designated for affordable housing. The project includes an 80% density bonus, as a standard incentive for projects consisting of 100% affordable housing. The project also includes a reduction in setback requirements, requested as an alternative incentive, allowing a setback of four feet where five feet is the minimum required within the Planned Development (PD) overlay zone.
