Plaza East, LLC, a California limited liability company, as OFFEROR, hereby OFFERS to the City
of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation and charter City, as OFFEREE, an irrevocable
easement for public street and utilities purposes upon, over, under and across a portion of certain
property- described as Parcel 5 of Parcel Map SLO 09-0076 recorded July 6, 2010 in Book 75 of
Parcel Maps at pages 1 through 7 inclusive, in the office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo
County. Said irrevocable easement offer is described as follows:

All of that real property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California described as follows:
A portion of Parcel 5 of Parcel Map SLO 09-0076 as said map was recorded on July 6, 2010 in
Book 74 of Parcel Maps at pages 1 through 7, inclusive in the office of the San Luis Obispo
County Recorder, said portion being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of said Parcel 5, said corner being common to Parcel
2 and Froom Ranch Way as said Parcel and public street easement are shown on the above
described Parcel Map;
Thence along the line common to Parcels 5 and 2 South 330 03' 45" East 6.17 feet;
Thence leaving said common line south 620 30' 57" West 17.13 feet;
Thence along the arc of a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 950.00 feet through a
