FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, San Luis
Obispo Unified School District, a political subdivision of the State of California which acquired title
as San Luis Obispo School District, as OFFEROR, hereby OFFERS to the City of San Luis Obispo,
a Municipal Corporation and charter City, as OFFEREE, an irrevocable easement for public street
and utilities purposes upon, over, under and across a portion of certain property described as Portions
of Lots O and Q of the resubdivision of Lots 58, 61, 62, 63 and 64 of the Subdivision of the Ranchos
Canada de Los Osos and La Laguna recorded in Book A of Maps at Page 61 as described in the deed
to the San Luis Obispo School District recorded in Volume 1316 of Official Records at Page 346 in
the office of the County Recorder excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the City of San Luis
Obispo by deed recorded in Book 2176 of Official Records at Page 2 in the office of the County
Recorder. Said irrevocable easement offer is described as follows:
