We urge you to approve and facilitate the addition of Villaggio to the SLO community. We live in Arroyo
Grande and want to remain in the county as we age. We have no children and want to ensure that we make
decisions about our “golden years” well in advance. Villaggio offers us that opportunity.
Several years ago we attended the very first community meeting regarding bringing Villaggio to the area and
were thrilled to find that we would be able to stay in SLO if this project came to fruition. We have family and
friends here and do not want to have to move to a different life plan community out of the area.
