Honorable Commissioners,
I am writing in support of item #3, the addition of a 2 story building at the rear of 1051 Leff St. I live in the area (1123
Pismo St The Nuss House) and have visited the site of the proposed development.
The Hasleys have lived in this house for many years and are invested in keeping the neighborhood intact with a high
quality of life. They have done a good job of designing a structure that fits with the surrounding properties while at the
same time not overshadowing the primary residence in the front. The exemption from the height limitation makes
sense for this project and will match the adjoining properties.
This is a homeowner designed project that I would think the CHC can support without reservation.
