The Hasleys have lived in this house for many years and are invested in keeping the neighborhood intact with a high quality of life. They have done a good job of designing a structure that fits with the surrounding properties while at the same time not overshadowing the primary residence in the front. The exemption from the height limitation makes sense for this project and will match the adjoining properties.
