Notice is hereby given that the Active Transportation Committee of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Special Meeting of November 30, 2020, adjourned said meeting to December 3, 2020 at the
hour of 9:57 PM via teleconference. Said continuance was passed by the following vote:

2. Public Comment - The ATC will still be accepting public comment for items within their purview. Public
comment can be submitted in the following ways:

➢ Received by 3:00 PM on the day of meeting - Can be submitted via email to
advisorybodies@slocity.org or U.S. Mail to City Clerk at: 990 Palm St. San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
➢ Emails sent after 3:00 PM – Can be submitted via email to advisorybodies@slocity.org and will
be archived/distributed to members of the Advisory Body the day after the meeting. Emails will
not be read aloud during the meeting
• Verbal Public Comment
Received by 3:00 PM on the day of the meeting - Call (805) 781-7164; state and spell your name,
the agenda item number you are calling about and leave your comment. The verbal comments must
be limited to 3 minutes. All voicemails will be forwarded to Advisory Body Members and saved
as Agenda Correspondence. Voicemails will not be played during the meeting.
All comments submitted will be placed into the administrative record of the meeting.

MISSION: The purpose of the Active Transportation Committee (ATC) is to provide oversight
and policy direction on matters related to bicycle and pedestrian transportation in San Luis Obispo
and its relationship to bicycling and walking outside the City.

1. ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PLAN
(FUKUSHIMA – 100 MINUTES)
Recommendation: Provide a recommendation on the Active Transportation Plan for City Council
consideration and provide input on lingering refinements to the plan.
THIS AGENDA ITEM IS A CONTINUANCE OF AGENDA ITEM 2 FROM THE MEETING OF
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2020.
ADJOURNMENT
The next Regular Meeting of the Active Transportation Committee is scheduled for Thursday,
January 21, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., by teleconference.
