address is POST OFFICE BOX 3460, SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA 93403-3460; and GRANITE
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a California corporation ("Beneficiary"), whose mailing address
is POST OFFICE BOX 50085, WATSONVILLE, CA 95077-5085 for Real Property located at
1035 MADONNA ROAD, SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA, recorded September 5, 2019, as
Document No. 2019-037382, in the Official Records of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, does hereby consent t9, each and 1 of the terms and provisions of the PERMANENT
ACCESS EASEMENT previously recorded�r recorded concurrently herewith, and does hereby
subordinate the interests of its DEED OF TRUST to the entire effect of that PERMANENT
