Subject:Request for Noise Violation/Ticket Records
Good morning,
I am writing to request any and all records for noise violations (the tickets with their dates that I incurred under
my name) and any other tickets, including parking tickets with the city of SLO, between the years of 2007 and
2018.
I am applying for admission to the Idaho State Bar, to take the July bar exam, and need to submit records with
dates of my ticket violations showing I have paid the tickets.
Also, I know I had one noise violation ticket go to collections at some point between 2008 and 2013 that I paid
off--but I do not know the name of the collections company. Can you help me find this out? It was a local
company with an office in SLO that maybe you have a contract with and typically use? (I need to get proof
from them that I paid off the debt).
