Record Description May 11, 2021 at approximately 2:00 AM - Trash Enclosure Fire located at 3982 Short Street, San Luis Obispo. No incident number, trying to obtain incident report. Tenant security camera shows emergency lights at the scene. The sheriff's office stated Cal Fire would file incident report. Cal Fire responded to our request stating SLO City Fire would be responsible for creating incident report.
