Public Records Request
Hello,
This is to place a public records request for electronically available MOUs for the years 1997-2021:
1. Contracts with police officers association: MOU only (no side letters or amendments)
2. Contracts with firefighters association: MOU only (no side letters or amendments)
3. Contracts with city employees association: MOU only (no side letters or amendments)
4. Contracts with city manager: MOU only (no side letters or amendments)
The following archival record is requested:
1. Archival record: first electronically available city council resolution on an MOU with any bargaining unit.
This request does not include the following:
1. It does not extend to any amendments or side letters that may be issued over the course of an existing contract.
2. It does not include any public works employee bargaining units that the city may have.
3. It does not require the city to digitize or make copies of any hard copy documents.
These documents will be utilized to conduct academic research only. There are no commercial or political interests
associated with the public records request.
