Good afternoon,
I wanted to express my excitement about the idea of pump tracks. I take my kids to Morro Bay and they love the track
up there. What a great way to have wholesome outdoor activities for people of all ages.
I am in favor of Sinsheimer first and Laguna second, but really they are both great locations. If Laguna had
opportunity for a bigger track, then I choose that, but sinsheimer seems like a better location in some sense. Either way,
they are both close to low stress bike access which is great for parents sending their kids out.
The concept of doing this on S. Higuera seems like a bad idea. Cyclists have been killed on that road for a reason, don't
try and get more people riding there if there are other options. Of course the SLO sacred cow of parking is not
addressed there either.
P.S. My family is happy to donate sweat equity and my company would be interested in monetary
sponsorship programs to make this bigger and better.
