California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq.
Dear Custodian of Records:
Under the California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq., I am requesting copies of public records
that relate to:
(1) any and all vehicle/bicycle/pedestrian accidents for the years 2017-2021 at the
intersection of Broad Street and Woodbridge Street in San Luis Obispo, California [see
attached aerial map and before/after photographs for clarification]; and
(2) any and all other reports, writings, documents, memos, permits, studies, emails for the
years 2017-2021 concerning the installation of stoplights and/or traffic lights and/or
painted pedestrian crossing walkways at the intersection of Broad Street and Woodbridge
Street in San Luis Obispo, California.
If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me.
The California Public Records Act requires a response within ten (10) business days. If access to
the records I am requesting will take longer, please contact me with information about when I
might expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.
If you deny any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption you contend justifies
the refusal to release the information and we will begin the appeal procedures available under
law immediately.
