The City of San Luis Obispo (“City”) received your request pursuant to the California Public Records
Act delivered via email on October 12, 2021. City staff has conducted thorough searches for all
responsive records to your request. In response to item 1 of your request, the City of San Luis Obispo
operates under the authority of the California Building Standards Code. For the remaining items of
your request, staff has determined that no responsive records exist. As such, this correspondence
finalizes our review of this request.
Please be advised that every effort has been made to search for all of the records which might fall
