Dear City Attorney Dietrick, Clerk Purrington, Mayor Stewart and Councilmembers. Pease,
Christianson, Marx and Shoresman:
I am an authorized representative of Creekside Community, and this letter will confirm
our receipt of the Notice of Objection provided to you by three (3) residents of the
Community purporting to act on behalf of the residents of the two hundred and seventeen
(217) spaces in the Community.
We disagree with a number of statements in the Notice, and we would appreciate the
opportunity to meet with a City representative or representatives to discuss the Notice and
provide any information or documentation the City would like in order to evaluate the
situation. It should also be noted that the three (3) residents who sent the Notice did not
contact us to discuss their objections before sending the Notice, notwithstanding the fact
that there is a decades -long history of open communication between the Community and its
residents.
Finally, please note that we have requested a meeting with the three (3) residents to
discuss their objections, and that we are waiting to hear from them with some proposed
dates for the meeting.
