Dear Ms. Purrington:
Enclosed herein please find the signed originals of the following documents for your files in
connection with the public hearing and election to be held by the City Council on April 2, 2019,
for the above -referenced CFD No. 2019-1 (San Luis Ranch).
1. Certificate Regarding Voters and Landowners;
2. Certificate of Delivery of Ballot;
Executed Original Ballot;
4. Executed Consent and Waiver;
Certificate Regarding Receipt of Property Owner Consent and Waiver; and
6. Election Canvass.
After the City Council's actions on April 2, please sign and return to me 2 signed copies of the
attached Certificate Regarding Receipt of Property Owner Waiver and Consent and the attached
Election Canvass, which is also attached as Exhibit A to the Resolution Declaring Election Results.
Please retain one signed original for your files.
I understand that the Ordinance Levying the Special Tax will be introduced at the April 2 meeting
and will be passed and adopted at the meeting on April 16. It would be fine to return all documents
together with the signed and adopted Ordinance all at once.
