1. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Meeting of the San Luis Obispo City Council was called to order on
November 29, 2021 at 4:33 p.m. by Mayor Stewart, with Members present via
teleconference.
2. CLOSED SESSION
2.a PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS ONLY

None

2.b CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Council Member Shoresman was recused due to her employment with the
County of San Luis Obispo.
City Attorney Christine Dietrick reported that the Council met on one
matter regarding anticipated litigation as described on the agenda. There
was no reportable action taken.
2.c ADJOURN CLOSED SESSION
The Closed Session was adjourned at 5:33 p.m. The next Regular City
Council Meeting is scheduled for December 7, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via
teleconference.
