above entitled matter. I am the principal clerk

The San Luis Obispo Municipal Code Chapter 5,44 entitled
"Mobile Home Park Rent Stateiliraeon" reguiresthat the monthly
Consumer Price Index (CPO percentage (%) be published as a
basis for establishing rem increases. The monthly space rent in
mobile home parks may not be increased more than one each
year oared on the CPI % change, or 9%, whichever is less. The
CPI monthly data for Los Angeles, Long Beach and Anaheim is
used for San Luis Obispo.
