5. Documents including Applicable City codes regarding‐ single‐hung windows" and casements
windows as referenced in the Permit Inspection Record Partial Inspection Notes on September
14, 2021, by Building Inspector T Nelson. The approved set of plans show two 2046 casement
windows, side by side, in the loft leading to the assumption of a sleeping loft. These casement
windows meet the code requirements in width, height, and square footage for egress. The 2040
single‐hang windows installed in the loft area do not meet egress requirements as indicated in
the code. (See attachment copy of the code addressing egress, approved plans, and revised
plans.) Exhibits A thru F.
6. Documents regarding the cell phone call made by Building Inspector T Nelson. during the middle
of his • inspection " on September 14, 2021 at or about 10:50 AM, documents of who
participated in the call and the substance of call, notes or memorialization’s of the telephone
call. No documents are kept on phone conversations.
7. Documents including all Applicable City Codes, regarding, or related to the refusal of the City of
San Luis Obispo, its Chief Building Inspector, and all other City Officials, including the City
Manager, Planning Direct, to issue a Certificate of Occupancy for 677 Monterey St., Permit No.
BLDG. 3031‐2019. Attached is the code that addresses the issuance of the Certificate of
Occupancy. As indicated in Section [A] 111.2 of the 2019 California Building Code, certificate will
be issued after a final inspection and no violations of the provisions of this code or other laws
that are enforced by the department of building and safety, are found. Exhibit G
