RESOLUTION NO. 11352 (2022 SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FY
2022-23 BUDGET ALLOCATION
WHEREAS, in accordance with the San Luis Obispo City Charter Section 802, the
City manager submitted the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Supplemental Budget to Council for its
review and consideration on June 7, 2022; and
WHEREAS, a 3.05% Information Technology Surcharge is collected on
designated EnerGov user and regulatory fees; and
WHEREAS, the Information Technology Surcharge revenue is deposited into the
Information Technology Replacement Fund and resides in the fund balance; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department will be utilizing funding for
Technology Project Management Consulting Services for EnerGov Enterprise system
enhancements and needs to appropriate the expenditure budget from fund balance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:

SECTION 1. Resolution Number 11338 (2022 series) is hereby amended to
appropriate $52,000 of the City’s Information Technology Replacement Fund
undesignated fund balance to the General Fund, Community Development Operating
Expenditures.
Upon motion of Vice Mayor Christianson, seconded by Council Member
Shoresman, and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Member Marx, Pease, Shoresman, Vice Mayor
Christianson, and Mayor Stewart
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
The foregoing resolution was adopted this 16th day of August 2022.
