CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the San Luis Obispo Personnel Board was called to order on Thursday, May
13, 2021 at 5:31 p.m. by Chair Dunlop with all Members present via teleconference.
ROLL CALL
Present: Board Members Judy Groat, Louise Justice, Jill LeMieux, Vice Chair Calvin Stevens
and Chair Keith Dunlop
Absent: None
Staff: Human Resources Director Monica Irons, Human Resources Manager Nickole Sutter
and City Clerk Teresa Purrington

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Consideration of Minutes of the Regular Personnel Board Meeting of November 24, 2020.

ACTION: UPON MOTION BY BOARD MEMBER LE MIEUX, SECONDED BY BOARD
MEMBER JUSTICE, CARRIED 5-0, the Personnel Board approved the Minutes of the
Regular Personnel Board Meeting of November 24, 2020, as presented.

2. Overview of the Personnel Board’s Role
Human Resources Manager Nickole Sutter provided a PowerPoint presentation and
responded to Board Member inquiries.

to Board Member inquiries.
