NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: Public sidewalk along the Roundhouse Ave. frontage. The scope of work may also include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, wall construction, utility construction or relocations, water quality treatment, and replacement/alterations to the existing landscaping. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 90 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: I. Legal: PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP SLO 04-0160, IN THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP RECORDED APRIL 17, 2007 IN BOOK 68, PAGES 69 AND 70 OF PARCEL MAPS, AND AS PER CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION RECORDED OCTOBER 16, 2007 AS INSTRUMENT NO.2007069068 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
