NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of Public sidewalk along the property frontage. The scope of work shall include the required ADA sidewalk extension behind the driveway approach. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk underdrains, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: Lot 22 in Block B of Tract 60, McMillan Manor No. 9 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per Map recorded October 19, 1950 in Book 5, Page 77 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. 2.
