COVENANT TO INSTALL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the undersigned owns certain real property commonly known as 4251 S.
Higuera, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has been granted a deferral to install certain improvements until
such time as an existing sewer leach field is removed on said property.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer
installation of certain public improvements consisting of:
(1) Plant three (3) street trees on the South Higuera frontage of subject property as
required per Condition #4 of Parcel Map SLO 08-0020 and as shown on the approved
improvement plans on file in the City of San Luis Obispo Public Works Department;
and
(2) Replace or upgrade the existing curb ramp at the southeast corner of the intersection
of Los Osos Valley Road and South Higuera to comply with current ADA, Caltrans,
and City of San Luis Obispo standards as required per Condition #14 of Parcel Map
SLO 08-0020.
The undersigned owner of property hereinafter described hereby covenants with the City of San
Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 120 days of
removal of the sewer leach field.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and is described as follows:
1. Legal Description: Parcel 1 of Parcel Map SLO 08-0020 in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as shown on
map recorded in Book :]a of Parcel Maps Pages ' I to 8 (o in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
2. Assessors Parcel Number: 053-264-006
3. Commonly known as: 4251 S. Higuera
2013 - 'P
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the undersigned owners, their
heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
