IMPROVEMENTS UPON REQUEST OF CITY
WHEREAS, the undersigned own certain real property commonly known as 1460 Calle Joaquin, and
Titles:

WHEREAS, the undersigned have requested and been granted a temporary exception by the Public Works
Director from the requirement of installing certain public improvements on said property conditioned upon execution of
a covenant by the property owner agreeing to install said improvements at such time in the future as the city may request
sa me.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain
publi c improvements consisting of: he cope of work m ay i ncl u de b u t i not limited to additional grading,
drainage impro cmcn ts p la n t removals, t r ee plantings, idcwalk undcrdrains, and replacement or alterations to
the driveway app1·oacb an d /or on-s ite driveway constr uction in connection with complete sidewalk installation.

all o f said public improvements with ut cost to City upon 30 days written noti ce from the City of San Luis Obispo
requ esti ng that said im prove men ts be installed.
Said property is located in the City of San Lui s Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described
as follows:
I. Legal: Grant Deed document# 2014023125 # recorded by the County Recorder's Office of San
Luis Obispo on 6/12/2014.
2. Assessor's Parcel Number: 053-151-036
3. Commonly known as 1460 Calle Joaquin in the City of San Luis Obispo
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon th e undersigned owners, their heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns.
