NOW T HEREFORE in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public impro ve ment s con s is ting of: Public idewalk along the property frontage. The cope of work shall include the required ADA sidewalk extension behind the driveway approach. The scope of work may include but is not Umited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals, tl'ee plantings, sidewalk underdrains, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on-site driveway construction. The owner recognize that additional driveway g1·ading I replacement wiJJ be required with the new ADA extension. In addition, a temporary encroachment agreement has been authorized for the existing rock wall within the right-of-way. The rock wall, ill need to b removed when the sidewalk is constructed.
